Allotment Plot Costs 2025
At the Parish Council meeting held on 27th September 2023, it was resolved to update billing from 1st January 2025 to automatically include water at £5 per plot in the rental charge and to increase the cost of allotment plot rental by 15%.
Allotment Plot Costs 2023 & 2024
At the Parish Council meeting held on 30th November 2022, it was resolved to increase the water cost to £10 per year as of January 2023 and to increase the cost of allotment plot rental by 10% as of January 2024.
Allotment Plot Costs 2022
At the Parish Council meeting held on 24 November 2021, it was resolved to increase the cost of the allotment plots by 10% in line with the agreed 2020 parity exercise started to ensure all plot holders pay the same price for the size of their individual plot. There will be a slight annual increase for the next few years until these charges align with the National Allotment Society recommendations.
